About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Brand and Marketing Manager to lead SCS Group’s brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will shape how SCS Group is perceived across the market, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and impactful presence across all digital and traditional channels.

You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on creativity to build brand awareness, drive business growth, and strengthen our reputation in the commercial cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with SCS Group’s vision and goals.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Partner with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials that drive business development.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous optimisation of campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.
  • Manage social media channels with engaging, community-driven content.
  • Develop compelling marketing content including blogs, videos, case studies, and more.
  • Execute digital advertising and email marketing initiatives to support brand and lead generation objectives.

Internal Branding & Employee Engagement

  • Strengthen internal brand culture through communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Support internal communications and events that promote SCS Group’s values and identity.

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and influencers.
  • Lead PR efforts, media releases, and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Represent SCS Group at key industry events and conferences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure marketing performance across all channels and report key metrics to leadership.
  • Leverage data insights to optimise strategies and improve outcomes.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for building brands that resonate. You understand how to balance creativity with data-driven insights, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine interest in growing a values-led organisation.

What You’Ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master’s or certifications advantageous).
  • 5–7+ years’ experience in brand and marketing management, ideally in the service or commercial cleaning industry.
  • Proven experience executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, social media, CRM, email marketing, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot or similar).
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
