JOB TITLE: Lead Quality Assurance

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy., Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Oversee quality assurance processes for all products, define optimal solution for issues and implement in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications. Provide direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members. Use testing techniques, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications. Develop automation strategies that will enhance test execution, manual test coverage, and the consistency of regression testing. Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs. Collaborate with Program Managers, Dev leads, Architects to identify test scenarios for large programs. Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Report defects and follow up on their closure. Analyze test results, report test metrics, prepare and present test reports. Utilize governance calls, stand-up calls, formal jeopardies, escalations, daily/weekly progress reports, and defect metrics collections. Coordinate with teams involving all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and facilitate certification for production deployment. Write automation scripts using Java, Python, PySpark, TestNG, and Selenium. Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Utilize Selenium, TestNG, Java, Java Script, Pact, REST Assured, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, Azure Cosmos, Apache Cassandra, Jenkins, Oracle, SPOCK Frame work, Jira Itrack, and Nosql. 

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Applied Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation analyzing test results, report test metrics, prepare and present test reports; utilizing governance calls, stand-up calls, formal jeopardies, escalations, daily/weekly progress reports, and defect metrics collections; writing automation scripts using Java, TestNG, and Selenium; utilizing strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; and utilizing Selenium, TestNG, Java, Java Script, Python, PySpark, Pact, REST Assured, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Oracle, Azure Cosmos, Apache Cassandra, SPOCK Frame work, Jira Itrack, and Nosql.
