Senior Cloud Engineer/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using industry best practices. Evolve the bank’s current landing zone / enterprise scale cloud deployment.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability, using Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into applications.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, security, and cost.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Have 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, or consulting industry; experience on collaborating and presenting to top management.
• Have strong knowledge of Azure cloud platform.
• Have experience with cloud infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).
• Are comfortable using Python for scripting and automation.
• Are fluent in English.
• Can build confidence on the teams that will work with.
• Have relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
