Documentation:

Creating and maintaining project documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and training materials.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and its various features .
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems .
