Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and Planning for Tactical Marketing Campaigns and to lead as COE on Non-Rooms Business Development (i.e. F&B, Catering & Events, and Spa Promotions…, etc)
  • Devise Member Campaigns/ Promotions focused on Non-Rooms businesses for LHG Hotels; and to align with the overall Loyalty Programme Strategies to achieve business goals
  • Plan and develop the Annual Non- Rooms Businesses Marketing Calendar and Manage Promotional Campaigns focusing on growing the various Non-Rooms Businesses
  • Organise 360 Marketing Plan for F&B / Spa promotions for the Corporate, Regions and Hotels, including but not limited to Web, eDM, social media, mobile app including WeChat, and paid-media Performance Marketing if required.
  • Work closely with Director – Loyalty Digital and Commercialisation to ensure the F&B / Spa Promotions and Campaigns will unleash the full commercial potential with the most optimal UI / UX design for the customer-facing applications as appropriate.
  • Manage Member Communications to orchestrate with the Loyalty Marketing and Partnership Efforts 
  • Lead the Member Communications for the Promotional Campaigns to enrich the Loyalty Membership Benefits and Experience through these campaign activations.
  • Organise and manage external press/ media support to amplify the Promotional Campaign effectiveness through PR and Social Media (e.g. KOL) initiatives
  • Work closely with the global/regional stakeholders to drive Loyalty Performance through the Non-Rooms Promotional Campaigns and to achieve the ultimate business growth generated from our Loyalty Members and also our Hotels.
  • Act as the COE (Centre of Expertise) and Brand Guardian for Brilliant as a Loyalty Programme Brand
  • Working closely with the LHG Marketing and Communication Team to develop the new Brand CI and Brand & Customer Proposition in the Brand Revamp Exercise
  • Managing the process of the deployment and implementation of the new Brand CI towards different Loyalty Marketing and Partnership areas, and the ongoing maintenance and compliance of the Brand execution according to the new Brand CI
  • Own and manage the Loyalty Collaterals and Premium Development
  • Collaborate with other Loyalty Stakeholders to develop the membership collateral items, premium, give-away, for both online and offline usage.  This will include but not limited to membership collaterals, membership welcome pack, member premium items, give-away, Retail POS POP, packaging and signages as required for Events.   
  • Loyalty Campaign Tracking and Best Practice Sharing with Hotels for focused on Non-Rooms  business growth
  • Team up with Insights and Ecommerce to develop dashboards for F&B/ Catering & Events / Spa campaigns and business for Corporate, Region and Hotels.
  • Responsible for the management reporting for Non-Rooms Businesses and generate insights to be shared with other Teams and Hotels to elevate Non-Rooms campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent In Marketing or related subjects
  • Good command of English and Mandarin 
  • 8-10 years+ of experience in Marketing for luxury Brands and preferably from Hotel and Hospitality industry, at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial role. 
  • Possesses a deep understanding and solid experience in managing Marketing Campaigns and Promotions 
  • Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of marketing channels, including but not limited to: customer communications (online and offline), social media, online advertising, event management, etc.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple campaigns and promotions in parallel and preferably with exposure in working in virtual organisation structure. 
  • Well-developed leadership skills; effective relationship management skills and strategic thinking with strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communications for both English and Chinese
  • Team player, responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to details, sensitive to data and while at the same time is organized, pro-active, self-motivated and independent.
  • Strong presentation skills
