We are looking for a Data Analyst (Campaign Analyst) who can transform raw data into actionable insights across the full campaign lifecycle — from forecasting success, to monitoring live performance, to delivering post-campaign learnings that link directly to ROI.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Pre-Campaign: Build data models, develop targeting recommendations, and forecast performance to support media planning.
- During Campaign: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations (e.g., route, placement, targeting) to maximize the campaign impact.
- Post-Campaign: Deliver clear, comprehensive reporting that quantifies ROI, measure business impact, and generate strategic learnings for future Optimization.
- Data Storytelling: Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights connect directly to business goals.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Strategy, Campaign, and Creative teams to ensure analysis drives smarter, more impactful campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business/Marketing Analytics.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or campaign measurement (preferably in Marketing, Ad-Tech, or Digital Agency).
- Expert-level SQL proficiency in querying, joining, and manipulating large datasets; familiarity with relational database design and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of core marketing metrics (Impressions, Reach, Frequency, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI, O2O attribution).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical methods to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance issues and translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
- Experience or exposure to Python/R, with familiarity in ETL/ELT processes, cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), and predictive or attribution modeling for campaign measurement and optimization.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written & spoken).
