Key Responsibilities 1. CC Key Accounts Manager

Order & Delivery Analysis – Monitor CC order inflow, delivery schedules, and adherence to agreed timelines.

• Demand Fill Rate Adherence – Track and improve fill rate performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Shortage & Backlog Management – Identify risks early, escalate promptly, and drive recovery actions.
• Global Change Management – Steer part changes, engineering updates, and ensure smooth implementation across CCs.
• Inventory Management – Maintain optimal stock levels at CCs to avoid production impact.
• Stakeholder Communication – Act as the primary interface between CCs, logistics, production, and procurement teams.

2. Export Material Controller

Planning & Order Management – Review export part demand, plan shipments, and execute orders to CCs.

Export Documentation & Compliance – Ensure accurate shipping documents, customs compliance, and adherence to country-specific regulations.

• Delivery Performance Monitoring – Track export lead times, resolve bottlenecks, and improve on-time delivery.
• Coordination with Global Logistics – Align with freight forwarders and CCs for efficient material flow.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify process gaps and implement solutions to reduce export delays.
