Role Overview
Locus is looking for a Senior Enterprise Project/Program Manager with extensive experience managing European enterprise accounts and working in European time zones. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, adoption, and success of Locus’s AI-driven logistics solutions across large-scale enterprises. You will serve as the strategic liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Program & Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation and adoption of Locus SaaS solutions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with customer business goals.
- Customer Success & Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for European enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Process Optimization & AI Adoption: Guide customers in maximizing the benefits of AI-driven logistics through best practices and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage executive and operational-level relationships within client organizations, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Risk Management & Escalation: Identify potential risks in project execution and work proactively to mitigate issues, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to optimize solution effectiveness.
- Workstream Leadership: Independently lead workstreams, mentor team members, and manage stakeholders across functions.
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or equivalent solutions across multiple countries.
- Project Controls Mastery: Demonstrate mastery of project controls, including schedule, cost, scope, and quality management.
- Vendor Management: Exhibit strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Logistics Experience: Leverage experience in retail and third-party logistics (3PL).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understand regulatory contexts, including DfT/DVSA, Drivers’ Hours Rules, Working Time Regulations, ADR/FORS (where applicable), and GDPR for personal/telematics data.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain awareness of ISO 27001 standards and ensure GDPR compliance by design.
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management within SaaS, AI, or logistics tech domains.
- Proven expertise in handling Global Enterprise accounts, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation SaaS.
- Strong understanding of final mile and mid-mile logistics, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Experience working European business hours and collaborating with global multicultural teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFeAgile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
