We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary (US Dollars)The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. - Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Support project management initiatives and track progress against goals.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CAP, CBAP) is a plus.
