Key Responsibilities
Site setup & certification
- Lead overall site relationship, outreach, facilitates contracting
- Lead site certification process (site logistics / SOP development)
- Customize and roll out site acceleration solutions to local to ensure smooth execution for CAR-T launches
- Drive Site Certification activities and coordinate across internal teams to deliver the best experience to the sites
Day-To-Day Operations
- Provide operational logistics support (ordering management, cell journey alignment)
- Monitor status of orders, status of issues, monitor slot allocations/re-allocations
Support promotion to Sites/Treaters
- Support Promote CARVYKTI to Site Hematologists
Support promotion to Referrers
- Support to promote CARVYKTI to Hematologists or Oncologists that refer to treatment sites
Patient Support (Tbd)
- Supporting the patient journey and education through the treatment process
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree with a preference for Science/Pharmacy/related science background or business/marketing.
- Validated experience of over 6 to 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of local healthcare system.
- Fluent Japanese with strong communication skills
- Strong operational mindset with experience in project management, process improvement, or commercial operations
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to diverse environments, and work collaboratively across functions and regions
- Learning agility and resilience to adapt swiftly in an ever-changing complex business environment. Ability to lead multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and to build relationships in meeting organizational objectives, without formal authority.
- Customer and resulted in oriented, and strong ownership with growth mind-set.
- Ability to handle relationships with HCP, key institutions, professional associations and key decision-makers.
- Collaborative mindset: be able to lead projects while collaborating and coordinating with other departments
Preferred Experiences
- Experience in the therapeutic area of oncology/hematology
- This position requires up to 80% domestic travel.
