Your Responsibilities:
- Support the development of benefits administration processes under close supervision.
- Assist in implementing strategic direction and planning for compensation and benefits programs, and help resolve related issues.
- Provide support, conduct research, and share knowledge to manage the organization’s total rewards programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research-based strategic solutions.
- Support the Total Rewards team in administering employee benefits programs.
- Educate and guide employees on benefits matters, including enrollment, eligibility, coverage, claims, and provisions.
- Assist with knowledge management activities by maintaining benefits records and sensitive documentation, contributing content for employee training and information sessions, and supporting organization-wide communication and notices.
- Coordinate with third-party administrators and carrier representatives to resolve administrative issues related to unemployment claims and benefits verifications.
- Ensure employee personnel actions and benefits changes are accurately entered into systems for payroll processing, and assist with data auditing, cleanup, and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, such as administrative support or benefits coordination, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in French is considered an advantage and will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux region, including local regulations and cultural nuances, to ensure compliant and culturally sensitive benefits administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, to accurately manage records and convey complex information clearly.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, follow through on commitments, and deliver timely solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel—familiarity with formulas and data management in tables to support reporting and analysis.
- Previous experience with ServiceNow and Workday is advantage.
- A positive, collaborative attitude with a strong team spirit, eager to contribute to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
