This is a Hybrid role available in multiple states within the US. You Will Be Responsible For:
- Quality Systems Support: Provide Quality Systems support to External Clinical Supply Quality (ECSQ) and other CSQ departments as needed, including coverage during absences and peak workloads.
- Data Integrity Oversight: Ensure CSQ data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems. Champion data governance guidelines and standards.
- Metric Development: Design and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor data quality and identify actionable trends.
- Pipeline Monitoring: Continuously coordinate data workflows and pipelines to detect anomalies, prevent disruptions, and ensure seamless data operations.
- Issue Identification & Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Multi-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, business units, and quality teams to align on data standards and promote consistent data governance.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Refine and document data standards, processes, and controls to improve data reliability and usability.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Provide data quality documentation and insights to support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, data quality, quality assurance or quality systems within a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, biotech).
- Solid understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and GxP compliance.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Quickbase), artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and SQL or other querying languages.
- Experience with quality systems such as COMET, Veeva, TruVault or similar platforms is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The expected base pay range for this position is $108,000.00 to $147,200.00.Additional Description For Pay Transparency:
