Solution Architect (Remote)

WorkNomads is seeking a Solution Architect to join our diverse team, working hybrid or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Architect and integrate ERP (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) and CRM systems for manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor clients

Design scalable API, middleware, and event-driven architectures to connect enterprise ecosystems

Develop solution blueprints that bridge business, application, and data layers

Ensure seamless integration across systems with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability

Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed automation and CI/CD into delivery pipelines

Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business outcomes

Provide architecture governance and technical leadership to project teams

The tools in your backpack:

10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or semiconductor industries

Deep expertise in ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and CRM systems

Strong knowledge of API management, middleware platforms, and event-driven design

Awareness of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

 - Ability to travel within the EU- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Proven ability to deliver complex integration projects end-to-end
