The Opportunity:

We are seeking two contractors to adjust the formatting and export educational resources in Canva for the Resources team.

Responsibilities:

• Open pre-populated Canva files and adjust table borders and text boxes to allow text to fit.
• Export each Canva file and upload it to network folders.
• Format and export each template in 2 minutes or less (each template is between 1-2 pages)

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and design
• Quick learner with efficient processes
• Clear communication and reliable
• Access to a laptop/computer and Internet connection (Canva login will be supplied)
• Canva or graphic design experience preferred
• Available to work 30-40 hours per week
• Each contractor will receive approx. 300 hours of work
• Immediate start date
• Project deadline is December 31, 2025

This is a contractor employment opportunity, where you can support us from the comfort of your home and enjoy flexible working hours for the duration of the project. You’ll also experience ongoing support from our passionate Resources team. If shortlisted for this project, you will be asked to complete an interview and a small practical task.
