Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, including LAN/WAN, VPN, hybrid cloud, and network security.
• Strong understanding of core networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, IGMP.
• Experience supporting and deploying AWS and Azure cloud networking solutions will be added avantage.
• Proven track record in managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPNs, and EDR platforms.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage effectively across global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed support model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
• Exposure to scripting or development concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, Python, Java, Node.js) is a plus.
• Experience in IT service management (e.g., Agile, ITIL) and formal change control procedures.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and continuous technical learning.
• Industry knowledge in media and entertainment, including workflows and tools like Media Shuttle, Aspera, subtitling platforms, and A/V codecs, is advantageous.
