• Melaksanakan kerja kerja penggredan BTS yang telus.
• Pengagihan kerja dan tugasan sesama MQI ditempat kerja.
• Menyempurnakan rekod rekod penggredan BTS dan disimpan dengan sempurna.
• Mengamal dan mematuhi budaya kerja selamat.
• Memastikan tahap kesedaran piawaian kualiti BTS berterusan.
