As a Finance Product Portfolio Operations Senior Associate within the PXT product operation team, you will support operational efficiency, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help foster collaboration across product lines. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and other team members to ensure smooth change management and operational alignment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates synergies across Product Owners, Area Product Owners, and other team members to understand and align on goals and priorities to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
  • Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs 
  • Calculates and track metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity (e.g., business outcomes, product health metrics, capacity distribution) to monitor the overall health of the portfolio while also assist in coordinating and tracking strategic and operational projects to help deliver on business objectives.
  • Develops change initiative materials and change timelines and support the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs and Assist Product Owners with research, analysis, and operational support as they develop new products and deliver on priorities
  • Help communicate key messages between the Product Portfolio Operations (PPO) team, Product teams, and the wider PXT product operation team.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes and frameworks to enhance team efficiency and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of communications and presentations to share strategies, initiatives, and performance updates with leadership and stakeholders and help manage timelines and reporting for executive communications and operational updates.
  • Set up and manage a centralized repository for portfolio communications and materials, ensuring easy access, organization, and version control for all relevant documents and resources.
  • Use data-driven insights to help identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
  • Support training, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices for operational efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program management, operations or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
  • Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product-specific context.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Good communication skills, with some experience preparing presentations or reports.
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

  • Experience working in a strategy group or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Experience supporting operational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).
