Director, Communications

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director, Communications to lead internal and external communications across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned, hands-on communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, brand reputation, and employee engagement.

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee internal communications programs to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
• Manage digital and social media presence, including content strategy and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support executive communications and thought leadership.
• Guide and mentor a high-performing communications team.
• Build relationships with media, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging trends and proactively identify communication opportunities and risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in communications, including spokesperson roles.
• Proven track record in strategic communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-industry organization is an asset.
