This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:00 to 11:00 am, and then 3:00 to 5:00 pm
  • 20 hours per week
  • Client time zone: Pacific Time (Alamo, CA)

Client Overview: 

A growing real estate business managing both retail and residential properties across multiple locations. The company is actively expanding their portfolio and needs dedicated support to fill current vacancies while building long-term tenant relationships. They value practical solutions over complex systems and prioritize effective communication and results.


Job Description: 

You’ll be the key player in filling vacant properties and maintaining strong tenant relationships for a dynamic real estate portfolio. This role puts you at the center of property operations, where your outreach skills and attention to detail directly impact occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the business, potentially scaling from part-time to full-time as you prove your value and help expand operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Make targeted phone calls to potential tenants to fill vacant retail and residential spaces
  • Handle tenant repair requests and coordinate appropriate responses or referrals
  • Follow up with tenants on late rent payments and manage collection communications
  • Conduct ongoing tenant outreach and relationship management
  • Fill property vacancies through strategic prospecting and tenant acquisition
  • Maintain property records and tenant information using Google Sheets
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for property management operations
  • Support month-end vacancy filling goals and reporting
  • Manage tenant communications across multiple property types


Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills for professional phone conversations with tenants and prospects
  • Experience with or willingness to learn website building platforms like GoDaddy
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting tenant outreach
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and documentation
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have previous property management or real estate experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with tenant relations and rental processes
  • Bonus if you have experience with rent collection or tenant communications
