We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our short-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role focuses on driving efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across a growing portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate cleaners, contractors, and support staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the properties to align with overall business goals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage and utilize relevant platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty, Booking.com, Turno, and Conduit.
- Perform sales and marketing-related tasks, including outreach via email, phone, and text, to help increase bookings and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality managing AirBnB's Required
- Sales or appointment setting experience
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in property management systems and a solid understanding of revenue management strategies and industry trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and short-term rental compliance requirements is an advantage.
