The Opportunity: Spanish Speaking Sdr

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary mission will be to identify, qualify, and recruit new, high-potential individuals to join our talent roster. You will be the first point of contact, driving our expansion into key Spanish-speaking regions and ensuring we onboard charismatic and engaging performers.

What You'Ll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively research and identify individuals across social media platforms (primarily TikTok) who demonstrate viral potential.
• Outreach & Qualification: Conduct initial outreach (via direct message, email, or other channels) to pitch the benefits of joining our agency.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with potential Spanish-speaking talent, clearly explaining the recruitment process and monetization model.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of prospects, track communication, and ensure a seamless handover of qualified talent to our onboarding team.
• Growth Support: Work closely with our management team and virtual assistants to meet ambitious recruitment targets.

What You Need To Bring

• Native or fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills. This role primarily engages with Spanish-speaking prospects, but English proficiency is needed for internal communication and reporting.
• Sales & Outreach Experience: Proven success in a sales, business development, or recruitment role, preferably in a remote setting.
• TikTok Savvy: Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including its trends, creator ecosystem, and monetization features (Live streaming knowledge is a plus!).
• Excellent Communication: Highly persuasive, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to manage your own time, pipeline, and goals in a fast-paced, remote environment.
