Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic outsourced BPO sales team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to launch your career in fintech and SaaS sales, with hands-on training and clear growth potential.

You’ll focus on two main areas:
  • Lead Outreach & Qualification: Engaging inbound and outbound leads to introduce solutions, qualify needs, and warm prospects for Sales Executives.
  • House Account Support: Managing and nurturing existing low-ARR accounts to ensure satisfaction, education, and potential growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement: Contact inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages to introduce products and assess interest.
  • Qualification: Use discovery questions to determine buying stage, fit, and opportunity potential before passing leads to Sales Executives.
  • Account Outreach: Maintain regular contact with lower-ARR house accounts, providing updates and ensuring product adoption.
  • Opportunity Identification: Recognize upsell and cross-sell potential and escalate to Sales Executives or Account Managers.
  • Pipeline Support: Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Follow-Up: Manage consistent touchpoints and outreach campaigns to nurture relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center/BPO environments (training provided).
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls using scripts, templates, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet activity and conversion goals.
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
