This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sydney Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
- Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
About the role Our client is seeking a driven and proactive Internal Sales Agent to support our lending team. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving internal sales and guiding clients through the loan application process. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background—preferably in the lending or finance space—and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to engage and qualify potential leads
- Assist in preparing and packaging loan applications for review
- Coordinate and facilitate the loan process from application through to funding
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM
- Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing
- Proven sales experience, ideally in lending, financial services, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and professionally manage rejection
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
