Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to execute and deliver advanced SEO strategies that drive measurable results. This role requires a strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, proficiency with analytics and tracking tools, and the ability to collaborate with account managers and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and recommend target keywords for clients’ websites
  • Suggest website improvements to help clients rank for specific keywords and markets
  • Provide keywords and FAQs to the content team for SEO-rich content creation
  • Add and optimize metadata, titles, and alt text for client websites and blogs
  • Manage and maintain GA4, GTM, GSC, and GBP accounts for all clients
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking in GA4 and GTM
  • Perform initial SEO audits (GA4, GSC, content, technical, GBP, etc.) for new clients
  • Optimize blogs and request indexing in GSC for new or updated sites
  • Create and schedule GBP posts and respond to reviews
  • Onboard new clients and develop comprehensive SEO strategies following audits
  • Pull and deliver monthly SEO reporting with insights and recommendations
  • Create, update, and follow SEO-related SOPs to ensure consistent quality
  • Stay up to date with SEO industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support account managers by presenting SEO strategies and addressing client questions


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, GSC, GBP, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (client-facing experience a plus)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with client communication and reporting
  • Familiarity with content optimization and SEO content planning
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and performance trends
  • Continuous learner mindset – open to training, courses, and certifications
Participation & Expectations:
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team check-ins and reporting
  • Deliver timely SEO audits, reports, and action plans for clients
  • Take initiative in suggesting improvements and innovations to strategies
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture while maintaining accountability for deliverables
