This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST with 1 hour unpaid break.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Architect who can both design and remotely manage projects
from start to finish. This role combines hands-on architectural design with project oversight,
ensuring that the vision created in the design phase is carried through seamlessly to
construction and completion. The ideal candidate will develop concepts, prepare drawings,
and collaborate with clients and site-based personnel while also managing budgets,
schedules, and construction progress.

Role Objectives:
Architectural Design
● Lead the creative design process for high-end residential projects.
● Translate client needs into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling
designs.
● Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit.
Building information modelling experience is strongly preferred.
● Ensure design quality and intent are preserved during construction.
● Prepare and submit permit applications based on design criteria. Once permit
comments are received, conduct remote meetings with building officials to resolve
their comments and submit a revised design package.
Project Management
● Oversee projects from concept through construction and handover.
● Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
● Monitor construction progress through daily videos and administrative reports,
resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design.
● Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep projects
aligned.
Client Engagement
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design phase and then
support onsite project management during execution.
● Prepare design presentations and coordinate progress updates.
● Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity and project feasibility.
Compliance & Quality Control
● Ensure designs and construction comply with codes, regulations, and industry
standards.
● Maintain high quality across all phases of design and construction delivery.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed Architect preferred.
● 7-10 years of experience designing and managing USA-based residential projects
(luxury/custom home experience is a plus).
● Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design tools. BIM experience is
strongly preferred.
● Proven ability to manage both design and construction processes.
● Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
