Zoho CRM Specialist

This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to optimize their newly implemented CRM system, train the sales team, and develop comprehensive training manuals. This is a short-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and configure the Zoho CRM system to align with company processes
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team on effective CRM usage
• Develop clear, user-friendly training manuals and documentation
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to Zoho CRM
• Suggest improvements for workflows and automation within the CRM

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM implementation and optimization
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to create clear documentation and manuals
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving

• Previous experience training sales teams
• Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools
