Job Description
Step into an exciting role as a Real Estate Appointment Setter where you’ll be the crucial link between high-quality leads and successful real estate transactions. You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology including a triple line dialer system and a custom-built CRM platform, allowing you to efficiently manage multiple conversations and track your success in real-time. Responsibilities
- Conduct professional cold calling campaigns using advanced triple line dialer technology to maximize efficiency
- Follow proven scripts and conversation frameworks to engage prospects and qualify leads effectively
- Schedule qualified appointments with potential clients for the business owner to close deals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions in the custom CRM system
- Pre-qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure high-quality appointment setting
- Update lead status and call outcomes in real-time to maintain data integrity
- Execute standard operating procedures consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with the business owner to continuously improve processes and results
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence and clear speaking voice
- Experience or familiarity with real estate industry preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided)
- Comfortable with cold calling and building rapport with prospects over the phone
