Network Engineer (Specialist)

• Designing and managing complex network architectures, including cloud networking.
• Leading the troubleshooting of network issues to ensure high availability.
• Implementing and managing network security solutions, including firewalls and VPNs.
• Developing policies and best practices for network management.
• Collaborating with Senior Engineers to transfer research findings into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Providing expert insights on specific tools, frameworks, or algorithms, ensuring the organization stays ahead in innovation.

Requirements

• NQF 6 or a Degree in Information Communication Technology (ICT) field incorporating (but not limited to) Information Systems;
• Microsoft certification or Cisco Certification or AWS certification, and
• ​Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Network Engineer or Data Centre.
