You will be part of the IBO Management team, a collaborative and high-performing group that supports global IBO leadership in delivering on strategic goals. The team is known for its strong partnership culture, analytical rigor, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Your Expertise

• Your Expertise:
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Management within a global organization.
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• High attention to detail while maintaining a view of the broader business context.
• Experience in location governance, regulatory support, or risk management is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Alteryx and AI prompting is a plus.
