Your Team

You will be a key member of a young and expanding Data, Analytics & Reporting team which is part of the Compliance Technology function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do. As a team, we provide application design, development and support to various model hosting platforms within Group Compliance stream, working closely with peers from the business team as well as other engineering teams.

Your Expertise

• have a degree level education; preferably Computer Science (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
• have 8+ years in application development with strong knowledge on SDLC, working on all components of software lifecycle.
• strong in analysis, design, development, testing and troubleshooting solutions.
• skills in Java, Spring boot and Cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
• skills in using SQL, JPA, and databases like PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.
• exposure to building cloud native solutions using microservices and containers like docker.
• fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture.
• comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures.
• well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal.
• ability to naturally facilitative approach to problem solving.
• strong personal prioritization and time management.
