Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation - Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation, located within Halifax Health – Medical Center of Daytona Beach, specializes in treating stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury and complex orthopedic conditions. A full spectrum of physical and neuro rehabilitation services are provided.
- Sign On Bonus Available: $4,000
- Location: 303 N Clyde Morris Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114
- Hours: Full-Time; Rotating Weekends
Compensation: Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Opportunity for premium pay on weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
- Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients
- Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses
- Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Promote evidence based patient care
Qualifications:
- Current OT license in state of Florida
- Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
