Embark on a journey within our Global Transaction Banking BU, which forms part of our CIB SBU, to develop and offer Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions to corporate & institutional clients, while promoting digitalization and accompanying clients along the way.

Job vacancy: Senior Product Leader

Your responsibility as Product Leader within the Cash Management Team will be to lead the end-to-end cash management value chain for multiple markets, delivering customized solutions that assist clients to optimally manage their cash flow and in line while driving GTB profitability.

In this role you will,

• Lead product solution development within cash management by staying abreast of future product and industry trends; understand Fintech disruptions, technological and digital advancements that meet the needs of targeted customers;
• Maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders to provide excellent quality service to our customers;
• Lead and supervise a team by setting clear performance objectives, driving accountability, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure team goals are met;
• Budget for new product development and innovations taking into consideration the multiple currency and legislative requirements;
• Develop and drive the cash management strategic roadmap across multiple markets and sectors aligned to the strategy;
• Own all initiatives and activities in cash management value chain across multiple markets, enabling the delivery of the desired product outcomes;
• Manage the product lifecycle including making critical decisions on financial and product trade-offs that enable the development and deployment of relevant and appropriate products aligned to the strategy; 
• Represent CIB at all governance, compliance and risk committee meetings both internally and externally;
• Keep abreast of best practices and updates in the sector, including state-of-art technology and regulatory constraints regarding products family falling under scope of responsibility, and share same with team members towards the building of a learning organization;
• Maintain close relationships across the different product houses to ensure an appropriate cross-selling strategy.

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Commerce, or Management;
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in product development, specifically within cash management solutions in the banking sector;
• Exposure in Fintech, Stablecoin, Crypto, or Blockchain within the remittances industry will be an added advantage.

• Exposure in Fintech, Stablecoin, Crypto, or Blockchain within the remittances industry will be an added advantage.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

• A sound knowledge in the payment and digital environment;
• A strong collaboration with cross-functional internal stakeholders;
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, including cross-border payments.
