Description

: 

Training and Performance Analytics Manager to lead the measurement and evaluation of our learning programs and performance initiatives. Major functions include designing of performance dashboards, analyze training effectiveness, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement in distributor activation, performance trends, and learning impact to support strategic decisions and improve distributor and sales manager productivity.

  • Contest Design and Review  
  • (Specific to Training Initiatives)  
  • Work closely with Strategies and Performance Senior Manager in : 
  • - Pre-contest simulation and cost-benefit analysis of planned initiatives/contests 
  • - Post contest review and analyze actual results vs plan (insights as to what went wrong, what can be improved, what to discontinue) 
  • - Coordination with Channel Heads and Business Partners in crafting data-driven parameters 

cost-benefit analysis, projected qualifiers, recommended gates, recommendation to stop/continue/improve 

actual costs of some contests not yet final and not yet booked even if the contest is already done; 
no standard process in contest planning and execution up to final review 

Monthly Production Report

  • Prepare the monthly production report and achievement of variable pay targets for all sales level (FE, SM, RSH, NSD)
  • Adjust all approved exception cases impacting the  production report and achievement of variable pay

Monthly Business Review

- Prepare the Distribution section of the MBR template from Group 

Filled out excel template 

Fund Under Management Retention Rate 

  • Provide causes of movements in the monthly FUM retention rate, upon request
  • Provide forecast and actions necessary to improve FUM retention rate, upon request

Qualifications

: 

Experience in sales analytics, excel and power BI tools as well as understanding of sales metrics.

Educational Qualifications

Relevant Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering - MBA, Masters in Data Science/Statistics is an advantage
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, especially in the areas of Strategy, MIS, Actuarial, and Finance
  • life/general insurance industry experience an advantage
  • highly proficient in analytical tools such as Advanced Excel, SAS, PowerBI, SQL - experience with financial modelling/operational business modelling
  • experience in strategy consulting is a plus
