Christmas Market Atmosphere Rooftop Bar - Server Agent (03. November 2025 – 15. January 2026) 

During the festive season, our Atmosphere Rooftop Bar transforms into a magical winter retreat, offering panoramic views of Vienna’s Christmas lights, signature cocktails, and gourmet seasonal delights.

As a Server Agent, you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences through personalized and anticipatory service. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating a warm, festive, and elegant atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels the magic of the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests at the Rooftop Bar and Christmas market
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and ensure accurate order taking and delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service areas, including outdoor bar stations and seating areas
• Uphold brand standards and maintain the festive ambiance aligned with The Ritz-Carlton aesthetic
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasions with genuine care and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with bartenders, chefs, and fellow servers to ensure seamless operations
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• A passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end bar service preferred
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the Christmas season
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary will be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
