The Opportunity

We're now inviting applications from magnetic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to work in our signature cocktail bar!  You will be part of an exceptional team, ready to transform the drinking experience in Hobart. Using hyper-local ingredients, you will be welcoming our guests into a portal of fine drinking with indigenous craft cocktails and spirits library that will indulge their curiosity and turn them into transformative experiences. You will lead the team in providing an attentive and personalized service for each one of our guests, creating an energetic and up-beat atmosphere. 

About You

Experience working in luxury hotels or cocktail bars as a supervisor or team leader  

A genuine passion for one of a kind food and beverage products 

Ability to gauge customers’ preferences, delivering a unique drinking experience 

Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills  

Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail 

Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate 

Full working rights in Australia 

Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
