Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Retail suite, with recent focus on cloud/SaaS modules.
  • Track record of successful Oracle Retail Cloud implementations in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of retail business processes (merchandising, planning, supply chain, store operations).
  • Proficiency with Oracle Retail Cloud modules and integration with other Oracle or 3rd-party systems.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile and/or waterfall project environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience on global retail transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and integrations with on-premise/legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with retail analytics, mobile, and emerging retail technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Retail Cloud solutions for large retail clients.
  • Assess client requirements, develop solution architectures, and provide strategic guidance on Oracle Retail Cloud products (e.g., Oracle Retail Merchandising, Pricing, Planning, Supply Chain, and Stores).
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Retail Cloud, advising clients on SaaS product adoption, migration strategies, integrations, and optimizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, developers, and support teams.
  • Oversee project delivery, manage risks, ensure quality, and drive project success within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants through training, development, and performance feedback.
  • Develop project documentation, training materials, and support handover.
  • Stay current on Oracle Retail Cloud product updates and industry best practices.
