🎯 The Role: Junior Analyst

• We’re looking for a Junior Analyst who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning data into insights.
• This is a unique opportunity to build a broad skillset — from data visualization and stakeholder management to modeling and data pipelines.

You’ll join our international Analytics team, with members based in Sweden, France, and the UK, working at the heart of our tech and healthcare operations across Europe.

🚀 What You’Ll Do

Your first 3–6 months will focus on learning our tools, workflows, and datasets.

You’ll collaborate closely with the entire Analytics team and get hands-on experience with:

- Data visualization and modeling in Looker (dashboarding and LookML).

- Data pipelining and exploration (SQL, setting up new data flows).

- Analytical projects, from simple to advanced (A/B testing, Python coding, etc.).

- An initial focus on marketing analytics.

As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as data/analytics engineering, advanced analytics, data science, or business analytics (healthcare, tech, marketing, finance…).

💡 Your Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Marketing team to strengthen BI capabilities in the area.

- Help design and maintain a business operations model capturing key performance metrics.

- Monitor business performance and communicate insights quickly to address issues.

- Translate structured and unstructured data into meaningful, actionable recommendations.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses and present findings clearly and convincingly.

- Support project performance analysis and propose improvement initiatives.

🧠 Who You Are

- 0–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis (Analyst, Data Scientist, Consultant, etc.)

- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, etc.)

- Strong skills in SQL; Python or R are a plus.

- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Ideally, experience in marketing, customer experience, or healthcare data.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; a true team player.

- Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions.

- Curious, structured, and interested in both business and technology.

- Proficient in English (working language)
