The Opportunity:
As a Finance Operations Partner – OTC, Value Team Captain, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing global Credit Management, Collections, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations. This is a high-impact position that blends strategic thinking with operational execution across in-house teams and external BPO partners to drive performance, compliance, and scalability.
Working as part of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Value Team, you will collaborate closely with regional process owners, digital transformation leads, and other key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will span across governance, systems improvement, stakeholder engagement, and process standardization to ensure aligned, efficient, and compliant finance operations across multiple geographies.

Key Activities for this role:
- Lead daily Credit Management, Collections, and A/R activities including credit analysis, cash application, and dispute resolution, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage internal teams and BPO partners to deliver operational efficiency, performance against KPIs, and strong compliance with audit and control frameworks.
- Oversee regional rollouts of standardized OTC processes, working with RPOs and the OTC Pod Lead to align execution with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with DigitalX and other teams to implement and support automated solutions such as AI-based collections and credit risk management tools.
- Supervise critical finance activities such as month-end close, urgent payment approvals, and exception management, maintaining high governance standards.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, or Collections operations within a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate in-house teams and external BPO partners across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of SAP (FI/SD modules) or similar ERP systems, and hands-on experience with financial process controls (e.g., JSOX compliance).
- Successful track record of leading process improvements, standardization projects, and technology rollouts across finance operations.
- Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively, with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in shared services or global business services (GBS) environments.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI tools for collections, and automated credit scoring systems.
- Change management experience related to A/R or credit transformation programs.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent
- Strong operational and strategic thinking with a focus on process excellence.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for driving process transformation, team performance, and cross-regional collaboration.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in Warsaw (Poland).
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
