In your marketing dashboard, you already saw the first signs of interest — time to shift gears. You grab a coffee and join your sales colleagues to align the next steps in the key account-based marketing plan. A new online campaign, perhaps? Perfect. This is where strategy meets creativity — and you love it.

Before lunch, you have a call with our video agency. You’re the first point of contact for all our external partners, and today you’re briefing them on a new content concept to boost our employer brand, which you have clearly identified with the HR team. Clear strategy, sharp briefing, strong storytelling — exactly how you like it.

In the afternoon, you sit down with the Engineering team. You’ve heard about a new in-line dryer in development — a perfect topic for your upcoming market launch. Together, you dive into the technical details to turn innovation into inspiration.

Time to go home? Almost. A message pops up with the final booth design for a major packaging trade show in the USA. It looks exactly as you envisioned it when you developed the campaign concept. You schedule a quick call with your American colleagues to fine-tune the final actions. Four weeks from now you will be ready for take-off!

How you get things moving?!

• You have >10 years of experience in a B2B marketing position
• You are creative, a gifted presenter and analytically strong!
• Proven trackrecord in lead generation strategies that drive measurable sales growth
• You are experienced in directing external agencies
• Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
• You are fully up-to-date of the newest (online) marketing trends
