1. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 1. Contract Vetting

• Validation of contracts for commercial terms and standard clauses in conjunction with deal recap.
• Ensuring post shipment documentation compilation and co-ordination with treasury for L/C discounting.
• Validation of all activities executed are in compliance with SOP and approvals obtained as per DOA

2.

Master Data update and MIS

• Creation of Master Data for new Counter Parties and Material 
• Preparation of various MIS reports
• Completion of month end closing activities

3. IST Transactions

• Accounting of import and export transactions
• Obtaining Tax clearance from Tax team and tax certificate
• Processing payment
• Preparation of Debit and credit notes
• Creation of proforma, provisional and final tax invoice

2. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

Ca/  M.Com

1. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:

3-6 years of post - qualification experience, oil and gas experience would be preferred.

1. Functional Skills:

• Good grasp of accounting and commercial issues.
• Analytical skills
• Good understanding of Indian GAAP .Knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage.
• Strong background in the areas of SOPs and good insight of various commercial processes
