About The Team
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Account Manager to join our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team that is a vital role in meeting client and business objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted cross-functional relationships, our Global Account Managers are a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products. They have a key focus on reporting, analytics, advertiser education & advertiser added value management. Success in this position requires a focus on media acumen, account management, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Responsibilities
- Managing a set of global accounts, the role includes a mix of operational excellence, strategy, business acumen, client servicing and sales.
- Galvanize their accounts by partnering with Sales team leads to drive revenue, while providing longer term strategic direction for regional teams.
- Working together with Global Account Directors and Global Account Leads to meet account strategic priorities and delivery of JBP strategic value ads. Being the voice of the Global accounts team to regional markets to ensure consistency and delivery of overall account objectives/ targets.
- Team product expert, develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities. Unlock commerce and creative opportunities by ensuring client understanding of TikTok products.
- Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects.
- Ability to run trainings, client workshops, capability building and compelling storytelling and sellthrough in brief responses
- Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) -- sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients.
- Navigating a complex matrix with clients in multiple markets from global Media leads to global Brand managers.
- Build marketing materials that help guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.
- Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across regions.
