Your Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our Nordic Finance team, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial teams in Finland and Denmark. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, drive profitability, and support long-term growth.

You’Ll Work Across Functions To:

• Deliver financial analysis and insights that guide commercial strategy.
• Lead planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans and support execution.
• Evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, margins, and cost efficiency.
• Support investment decisions and strategic initiatives with financial modelling.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other finance teams to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance.

Who You Are

You’re analytical, business-minded, and ready to take ownership. You enjoy turning data into decisions and thrive in a cross-functional setting.

What You Bring:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial finance.
• University degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG or retail is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
