Join Reap’s Marketing team to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement for our corporate cards, payments, and stablecoin-enabled solutions. You’ll translate market and customer insights into clear positioning, GTM plans, and enablement—working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your success will result in faster adoption, stronger activation, and higher win rates for Reap.

What You’Ll Do

  • Build positioning and messaging for products and segments; ensure all assets are substantiated and reviewed with Compliance.
  • Lead GTM for launches (ICP, offer, channels, content plan, enablement).
  • Create sales enablement (playbooks, one-pagers, case studies) and measure content utilization and conversion (SQL/Win impact).
  • Improve onboarding & developer journeys with Product to lift activation and time-to-value.
  • Maintain competitive and market intelligence; brief growth and performance marketing on audience and offer strategy.
  • Work with Engineering and Customer Success on Developer initiatives.
  • Track product marketing KPIs: adoption, activation rate, influenced pipeline, win rate, customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • 5–10 years in product marketing or adjacent roles (pre-sales, growth marketing).
  • Fintech (corporate cards, payments) and/or crypto/stablecoin/blockchain experience.
  • AI proficiency
  • Technical degree or background
  • Clear communicator; distills technical concepts into plain English.
  • Familiar with GA4, CRM/MA tools, and experimentation basics.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones in a hybrid model.
