Job Description (Roles and responsibility): (B5 -Executive – OPS

Performance Area  KPI Task Customer NPS 1) High Shrinkage Store list to be analysed and planned for store visits SED 1) Preparing SED report from OBI report for UAE, Oman, RGCC 2) Pick Qty vs % Shrinkage analysis for all territories (Gross /Net Variance %) 3) Categorization of Shrinkage issues - Concept/Store /MDC level 4) Analyse list of Stores with high Shrinkage declaration  5) For Unexpected items - Supplier level details to be shared to Concept logistics team 6) Preparing POS data for stores with high variance and low unexpected data  7) Highlighting stores with revised qty for unexpected/ wrong unexpected declaration Key Process Initiatives Process SOP- Audit & corrections 1) Conducting Process audit /Dept  2) Sharing observations from Process audit, SOP adherence, inventory hygiene, process gaps if any

3) For any escalations related to MDC issues, conduct root cause analysis and setup guardrails and incorporate same in the SOP 

4) Making SOP for any new Process and support in implementation with co-ordination with Line Manager.

Vendor Rating 1) Identification of suppliers with higher discrepancy though inventory adjustments post receiving
