I'm thrilled to announce that we are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Oracle Finance Product Owner to lead the delivery of our Finance workstream. This role is absolutely pivotal, offering the opportunity to shape the future integration of Finance and Oracle across our business. With an Oracle implementation scheduled for the next financial year and a well-defined roadmap of products to follow post go-live, this is an incredibly exciting time to join our forward-thinking team.
The ideal candidate will boast a strong background in both Oracle systems and finance operations. They should have substantial experience in Oracle implementation and ongoing support, combined with a solid understanding of finance. An accountancy qualification would be a significant advantage, and the ability to manage busy workloads and lead a team of around 12 professionals is essential.
As the Product Owner, this individual will be instrumental in steering the development and execution of the Finance workstream. They will own the business requirements and ensure they align with the Finance product roadmap. Advising on governance, representing Finance at Product Owner meetings, and working closely with Finance professionals and business sponsors will be key responsibilities. The ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans will be critical to their success.
Collaboration will be at the heart of this role. The successful candidate will work closely with other Product Owners across the business to ensure seamless integration and delivery. This is a unique opportunity to influence and drive the progress between Finance and Oracle.
If you are ready to lead, influence, and deliver in a high-performing environment, we would love to hear from you.
