Sales Representative – Events-Based

Location: Texas (travel required)

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

PhotoMules is a fast-growing youth sports photography company, and we’re expanding our team to include energetic and people-savvy Sales Representatives! This is a freelance/events-based role supporting our Texas district with most events happening on weekends. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while being part of exciting sports events.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively sell our photography products to parents and athletes at youth sports events.
  • Demonstrate product value and create urgency to drive sales.
  • Upsell and close deals using proven sales techniques.
  • Build relationships with customers to increase conversions.

Event Support

  • Help with event setup & breakdown, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Work closely with the photography team to ensure smooth event execution

Travel & Team Collaboration

  • Travel notice: This is an on-going events-based position that requires regular weekend travel in the following areas: Texas and surrounding areas
  • Travel expenses are covered
  • Travel expenses are covered
  • Represent PhotoMules professionally.
  • Work closely with your team to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications / Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy being around people and sports. If you’ve got hustle, a smile that can sell, and a love for fast-paced environments—this role is for you. We’ve got the photogs, now we need your sales expertise!

You’re a confident communicator – You’re comfortable starting conversations, explaining products, and guiding parents through the sales process.

You thrive in fast-paced environments – You can handle crowds, multitask, and stay organized even when it gets busy.

You’re a weekend warrior – Availability on weekends is a must, as our events typically run Friday-Sunday. We ask that our team members are available 2-3 weekends per month.

  • You’re reliable and punctual – Showing up on time and ready to go is key.
  • You have your own transportation – A valid driver’s license and reliable car are required.
  • You have: previous sales, retail, or customer service experience.
