If you are driven by improving people’s experience of systems and processes and have a passion for systems, process improvement and problem solving, then this role could be for you. You may have a solid understanding of the tertiary environment, be able to demonstrate an aptitude for configuration and have a strong desire to upskill into a technical role. Or you may be a Graduate with a Computer Science background, in which case your knowledge of HTML, CSS, the bootstrap framework and SQL will start you off on the right foot.
Either way, as a proactive problem solver, you will thrive on configuring and developing fixes for bugs as well as implementing enhancements of system configuration. You will have excellent communication skills to support staff and students when they have questions or issues and find effective solutions to resolving these.
