Job Title: Senior Consultant Talent Acquisition
The Purpose of This Role
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions. This role will be responsible for hiring the next generation of leaders into Fidelity. As a key partner to hiring managers and leadership, your responsibilities extend far beyond traditional recruitment; you will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and continuously refining the hiring strategy for a diverse range of roles across the organization
The Value You Deliver
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates and enhance our employer brand in the market.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to address challenges in talent acquisition
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
