Your expertise will help iconic families and private enterprises navigate the complexities of superannuation with confidence and clarity. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing expert advice and managing self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and strategic insight. You’ll be working with clients across private wealth, high net worth individuals, and family enterprises.

What You’Ll Do:
- Provide expert advice on all SMSF-related matters, confidently navigating the evolving superannuation landscape
- Apply strong technical knowledge, including related party transactions
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, presenting effectively to industry, internal, and external groups
- Oversee SMSF administration, ensuring accurate preparation and lodgment of returns, financial statements, and workpapers
- Collaborate with team members and clients across Australia and globally to resolve complex queries
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your in-depth knowledge of superannuation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, superannuation legislation, and industry best practices to drive client engagement excellence

- Proven experience leading and streamlining the annual compliance process while driving continuous improvement
- Ability to cultivate and develop a team of superannuation experts, enhancing collective knowledge and skills
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with other departments and service lines within PwC, delivering comprehensive client solutions
- In-depth understanding of market trends and changes in the superannuation industry, with the ability to provide valuable insights that position PwC as a thought leader
