Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a diligent Security Operations Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to strengthen our organization's access controls and governance. The role focuses on managing and reviewing user access rights, administering Active Directory (AD) security groups, and supporting Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) operations to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient identity management. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning/deprovisioning across systems. 
• Lead and coordinate periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) to validate access rights, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. 
• Administer and maintain Active Directory security groups, ensuring correct group membership and permissions aligned with least privilege principles. 
• Support the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including role assignments, conditional access policies, and integration with on-premises AD. 
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and auditors to gather requirements and resolve identity/access issues. 
• Assist in developing and enforcing IAM policies, procedures, and standards, particularly related to access control and segregation of duties. 
• Analyze and respond to access-related security incidents or anomalies, escalating as appropriate. 
• Participate in implementing and enhancing IAM tools and automation to streamline access management processes. 
• Generate, maintain, and present reports and dashboards on IAM metrics such as access review completion, orphaned accounts, group membership changes, and policy compliance. 

Mandatory Skill Sets:

Experience in security operations with a focus on Identity and Access Management. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development and data visualization. 
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) administration, especially security groups and access management. 
• Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user and group management, role-based access control. 
• Knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements related to IAM 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across IT, security, and business teams.
